The providers are decent, but the staff is just the worst. They dont answer the phones, they cop attitude, and they're petty tyrants. The people at Summit might know how to treat your health issues, but they dont know how to hire an office. Would you deal with incompetent, lazy, and weirdly angry staff for a good provider? Cathy O'Brien, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, is kind, thoughtful, and truly listens. She took the time to find the right medication and made me feel truly heard and cared for along the way. I'm feeling so much better and am truly grateful. I would highly recommend her.
Absolutely DO NOT take your child here if they need help. First my daughter told Megan Tran that she wanted to hurt herself. Megan repeatedly ask my daughter during our visit (medication management only) if she would like me to leave the room. In the span of an hour she asked her 5-6 times if she'd like me to leave after being told NO repeatedly. There was no concern for the fact that she said she wanted to hurt herself and had a plan to do so. I did get my daughter the help she needed but not with any help from Summit. I ca... read more
