First review ever, and I feel it’s a must! Worst of the bad! STAY AWAY!. There are way too many places to go than here!
This is what happens when venture capital gets into medical care. The lack of care is incredible here. I checked in online and my insurance was accepted. Only when I got in to the facility did they tell me my insurance lapsed and would not let me physically see my doctor until I paid $75 upfront. I couldn’t call my insurance in at a later time even that same day. I had to pay and then got a number to call to get credited once my insurance goes through. Yeah right
Very professional and friendly
Very nice staff but what happened to someone at the reception desk for the lab? Staff is handling the situation but it's far from ideal. Answering the phone while drawing blood sounds like a risky practice. Get this fixed now.
