Summit health is the absolute worst place for patient care. Stony brook is the place to go
Worst office I’ve ever witnessed they called my husband, Jake, the PA About an hour before they Closed which the PA order testing as soon as possible and they connected us to an offshore call center who could not email us the prescription and now we’re in lingo and don’t know how he’s getting his testing done as he has a bad left leg and it may have Liz frank injury….. I will update as the process goes on. The PA should have waited until I got transferred to someone and made sure I got transferred to someone not an offshore ... read more
I arrived 15 minutes early for my pain management appointment and checked in immediately upon arrival. However, after waiting nearly an hour, the staff appeared unaware that I had already checked in. The experience was very frustrating and reflected a lack of communication and organization. Please value patients’ time and improve the check-in process to avoid unnecessary delays.
nice big medical office with a range of doctors, staff is friendly,knowledgeable and courteous all are very professional,orthopedic department is great
