Scheduling this appointment on Zocdoc was easy; however, the practice did not receive my information, and I had to reach out to provide the same details again, which was time-consuming. There seemed to be a disconnect between Zocdoc and the practice, which I wasn’t very fond of. After dealing with that back-and-forth, I was a bit skeptical about keeping the appointment. The doctor I saw was so dismissive, I had to explain a dozen times what caused my injury and what I think is going on. He said my hypothesis was almost virtually impossible, and that it must be something else. I told him that I know my body, and I know what I’m feeling. Turns out, the MRI results proved that I was 100% correct in everything. The front desk staff is pretty much incompetent and rude. I am doctors BUZIN patient he is really amazing, but the staff and communication of this office is horrible , I been waiting during a 1 weeks for a note just fax the note , to can return back to work .calling every day, 3 days later after been calling I went to their office to pick up the note ( one hour 15 minutes away ) it was wrong they used a white out to fixed the date . Then my job didn’t accept the note , I called them again to please fixed they didn’t call me back yet . I can’t even get in touched with they’re office... read more
