Consistently waited over 45 mins to 1 hour(today an hour and 10 min wait they were not busy) to be seen. No apologies, no attempt to fix the issue ever. I get the feeling the staff and Doctors could care less. Yet if I showed up an hour late they would charge me. It’s time i start charging doctors for arriving grossly late to their appointments. They need to stop overbooking their schedules. When they put the bottom line before their patients this is what happens. Very unhappy patient!
I was lied to and talked down to by doctors, and was charged for services I was told I was not going to be. Never coming back and will actively recommend not coming here to anyone I can talk to
It looks nice from the outside, but the service is below zero—minus 18. I booked an appointment online for my 1-year-old baby, and the next day I drove from Brooklyn (which took 3 hours with traffic) to the doctor’s office. The staff member there asked for our insurance card, and even though we showed her two different insurance cards, she said the hospital didn’t accept them. so I told him I could pay in cash and that I just wanted to have my baby seen by the doctor that day, but he wouldn’t budge (My baby fell out of bed f... read more
