I’m disappointed with my experience with the front desk staff. I understand that medical offices can be busy, but the way I was spoken to felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Patients are already dealing with enough when it comes to their health, and basic courtesy and professionalism should be a priority. Drove 40 minutes to my ENT appointment, couldn’t locate the office as it is located in a multi wing/floor office building so was about 15 min late and was refused to be seen. I said I will call to reschedule as the front desk lady said she had to check in many patients and didn’t seem to have time for me. Was surprised by a Warning letter in my email the same day today after I left threatening me about late fees for no show/cancellation and about dismissing me as a patient, then asking me to book my next appointment. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Aquino and Dr. Ginsberg. From the moment I was seen, I felt listened to and genuinely cared for. Dr. Aquino took my concerns seriously and recognized that I needed to be evaluated by an ENT, referring me for further care instead of leaving me without answers. Dr. Ginsberg was just as compassionate and thorough. He took the time to evaluate me carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with the treatment I needed. Consistently waited over 45 mins to 1 hour(today an hour and 10 min wait they were not busy) to be seen. No apologies, no attempt to fix the issue ever. I get the feeling the staff and Doctors could care less. Yet if I showed up an hour late they would charge me. It’s time i start charging doctors for arriving grossly late to their appointments. They need to stop overbooking their schedules. When they put the bottom line before their patients this is what happens. Very unhappy patient!
