Worst experience ever. We saw Dr Linsey Roth. Doctor was maybe 30. Had no experience all she could talk about was what she learned in school, had no real life experience & very socially awkward. Didn’t look you in the eyes and didn’t even take her mask off. You are just. Number here.
This group is fraudulent. They claim insurance will be covered, stating they accept all top health insurance groups. However, all doctors and procedures performed here are always considered out-of-network. They send bills after a month indicating that the technician who conducted the procedure is out-of-network, requiring you to bear the costs." Please avoid this place and this group.
Today was my first visit to Summit Health New Providence. I had an appointment in Opthalmology for a routine eye exam. I sat down in the exam room and the male tech, Joe, looked at my stomach and asked me if I was expecting. When I responded that I was not expecting, he quickly replied that since they did not have my medical records, he wanted to know if I was or not because he would need to dilate my eyes. I was charged a co pay on top of my preventive annual visit because when I was asked if I had any concerns or issues (as is usual during any annual), I shared a concern and was recommended bloodwork. This quick discussion was billed as a complete other visit and I was charged a co-pay. When I called the office and asked them to revise the coding they did not so now I have to pay twice. My OBGYN experience was fantastic! There was no waiting time. Nurse Sasha was very professional and friendly! I saw Caroline Cooke APN and she was amazing. I felt extremely comfortable speaking to her about my concerns. She was very understanding and addressed everything . Super sweet highly recommend!
