Kimberly was the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had. This location lets you lay down in the chair. Recommend this lab for bloodwork.

You may not remember me, but I am that black girl that comes in late for blood work because I live so far away. Thank you for not looking down on me and treating me as a human even when the phlebotomist are unnecessarily mean. If I could give this practice a zero, I would. You aren’t a patient at Summit Medical, just a number in their eyes. They don’t care and go out of their way to disappoint you. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
After reading the reviews, I'm glad I gave up and hung up after being on hold for what felt like an entire afternoon! This is what happens when private equity buys our healthcare systems. Buh-bye Summit. Even the doctors are giving up and going concierge. Can't blame them.
