If I could give this practice a zero, I would. You aren’t a patient at Summit Medical, just a number in their eyes. They don’t care and go out of their way to disappoint you. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
After reading the reviews, I'm glad I gave up and hung up after being on hold for what felt like an entire afternoon! This is what happens when private equity buys our healthcare systems. Buh-bye Summit. Even the doctors are giving up and going concierge. Can't blame them.

I can’t believe my experience. I was scheduled for surgery with Dr. Defezio on a different date than what was given to me in a letter. I switched my life around and no one took care of me. The worst experience. Crazy and unprofessional.
