I waited over a month for this appointment. It was scheduled for 11:00 AM, and I arrived at 11:15 AM. The address listed Suite 206, and I waited in Suite 206A for 5–10 minutes. A staff member then told me that Suite 206B was down the hallway. When I arrived there, the receptionist said I would have to reschedule my appointment. After waiting a month, this happened due to their incorrect address and lack of staff availability. Very unprofessional experience. I would avoid this doctor and this location.

About four months ago I called to book an appointment with Dr. Crane. I gave my insurance info on that call and was told everything was fine. I haven’t seen a GYN in years, so I waited patiently for this appointment and planned my whole day around it. I took time off work, arranged a ride and showed up ready to finally get the care I need. Only to be told, at the desk, that they don't take my insurance. I waited 4 MONTHS. The fact that no one communicated this for four months is wild. Would be 0 stars if possible. Showed up a for an appointment as a new patient and was told that my appointment was cancelled because the doctor isn’t accepting new patients and I couldn’t be seen. After I was already there. I was told that I was notified when I never received a call. The front desk receptionist was very rude.

Wish i could give less than 1 star. When i started with them i was newly pregnant and uninsured. They told me my initial visit would be $380 out of pocket. When i arrived it was over $800. I then got a bill from lab corp for $1,600 for bloodwork which they told me would be done in house for under $100. When i brought the bill to them they acted like it was absurd and told me not to pay it. They told me they would look into it and get it reduced. In the obgyn office, some staff would benefit from training in people skills and appropriate facial expressions. When you choose a customer service job YOU BETTER LOVE WHAT YOU DO. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time, and was seen 50 minutes after the fact. Of course, life happens and delays occur, perhaps kindly staff would have made it a bit more tolerable. Respectfully 🤦🏼‍♀️
