In the obgyn office, some staff would benefit from training in people skills and appropriate facial expressions. When you choose a customer service job YOU BETTER LOVE WHAT YOU DO. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time, and was seen 50 minutes after the fact. Of course, life happens and delays occur, perhaps kindly staff would have made it a bit more tolerable. Respectfully 🤦🏼‍♀️

Loved dealing with Marisa Villani over the phone. She was so nice, patient and helpful. I am honestly only leaving this review because as of recently, I have dealt with a few nasty individuals while conducting business over the phone (not here though). So I was shocked when I heard how pleasant she was to assist me on a Monday over the phone. I had to switch my surgery date (for like the 3rd time) and she didnt give me a hard time at all, no heavy breathing, just a pleasant voice.

I drove all the way to west orange with my mom who has heart issues, dementia, diabetes and who needs to sit down after 50 feet said she had to shit. I paid the copay and assisted her in the bathroom and as soon as we came out for her appointment this rude receptionist Kayla said she has to be rescheduled with no remorse. I'm extremely pissed off. I had a disappointing experience while trying to schedule my first prenatal appointment at Summit Health. I booked an appointment online for when I would be 9 weeks pregnant. When they called to confirm, I missed the call but returned it promptly. The staff member who answered could not locate my information or identify who had called me. Patient of Dr Hayes. There is 0 point in booking an appointment for this place because they are always 30 min to an hour behind. Every time I come for an appointment, I anticipate a problem. There is 0 reason patients should be waiting for an HOUR in the waiting room every single visit. The staff is sometimes polite, but other than that everyone has attitude.
