I had mammography and ultrasound done at this West Orange location and it was an excellent experience as the staff were so nice and efficient. The technicians did a great job on the procedures that were not painful, and I received my results within a few hours. I'd definitely recommend this Summit Health Imaging on the 2nd floor.
Very rude & inexperienced staff. exam room was small & dirty. Just a bunch of little kids work here. They don’t know how to be polite but they know how to be political. Bad office. They can’t even do an ultrasound in their office..
Dr Neil Russo is completely ignorant to endometriosis. After putting me on a medication for 9years, with no ultrasounds done in that time he told me there’s no way the pain I started having again was my endometriosis because it’s killed off by the medication( not true) and after I had an ultrasound once leaving the practice I had found out not only do I still have stage 3 endometriosis and have a 5cm cyst growing but also adhesions wrapping around my left ovary(which is the only ovary I have) This whole company is terrible a... read more

I would give a 0 but I can't worst called to make an appointment for my son people who work there worst Costumer Service. First they request for me to call pediatrician to send labs over now I call lady answer has an attitude then put me on hold and hangs up. I work in the field and that's not they way we should work if you don't like your job don't work in the field have emphaty help others treat people how would you want others to treat your family member shame this people need training.
