Find a practice who actually cares for their patients. My wife took off work drove over 2 hours round trip just to be rushed out of the office and dismissed. They only care about making money not healthcare. Greenberg was the doctor who earned this one star review.
Update: Nicole from Summit Patient relation department called me to let me know a bunch of lies. Dr. DeFazio and his team said that I was told numerous times of the date of my surgery and that I didn't want surgery because I wasn't feeling well. Nicole also said that Dr. DeFazio doesn't want to work on me because I violated the trust. First, I was not told many times of my surgery date. The front desk and nurses are great. I had a schedule surgery for tomorrow but it was actually today with Dr. DeFazio. No one seems to care that I had to change my work schedule and try to accommodate me by doing the surgery on the day that it was told to me in writing. It's sad that no one could move things around as I had to move a lot around. I have low iron and low blood so this should have been treated with care and urgency. I never received text messages.
