The front desk lady with long nails is kind of rude. She does not acknowledge the patient wanting to check in for the blood work, I was standing in front of her for 5 min and there was no one around me waiting. She does not look at you or say anything just continue typing on her computer and chatting with others. I would expect at least the glance in my direction. Very unpleasant experience.
Went here for the first time for a physical and was very satisfied with the service they provided. From the attentive ladies at the front desk, nurse and Doctor Disko. Will definitely keep coming back here and I definitely recommend this probider
If you can get back in a timely manner it’s great. However that’s difficult because the woman at the front desk ignores you for a full five minutes. Then in the bank two nurses are gossiping. No blood being drawn. Back to Labcorp for me
Dr Margulies’s should not be practicing. If I could give her less than one star I would. I had previously used Summit Medical Group for endocrinology before. I recommended them to my mother. Unfortunately my mother needed to get a biopsy on her thyroid. My mother was already apprehensive about the biopsy. As a nurse I convinced her this was something she should do. Dr.Margulies’s bedside manner is appalling and I have found her care to be negligent and dismissive. Any symptom or concern I have shared has been met with her being hostile and minimizing. I left my most recent appointment in disbelief and tears for how she treated me. In addition to her hostility, she never shares information about my condition other than dismissing any complaints I’m having could be related to the condition itself.
