They are fast becoming a bunch of money grubbing, less than competent thieves. My primary couldn't even find large accumulate wax plugs in my ears and misdiagnosed me. Their billing department is awful. They tried to bill me $140 for my FREE Medicare annual wellness visit under some phony pretext. Steer clear. They only want your money.

First Summit Health has grown too big too fast. The front desk employees are rude, show little concern for patients (just want to collect the copay!) As you go to the exam room you pass a large group of kids that I can only guess future health care workers who are their to learn from the full time employees. Making jokes, eating, (Go Summit Health). As a patient you are led around not aware of what is next for me I was rudely told GO BACK AND HAVE A SEAT! The facility is dated along with the waiting room. I am in good he... read more

I rarely write bad review, but in this case I just must. I booked an appointment with Dr. Dubrovskaya via ZocDoc. 1-2 days before the appointment I received an automated call from her office telling me that I need to arrive to my appointment at least 15 mins earlier. I did. And then waited a whole hour for my appointed. I asked the receptionist several times why I am waiting so long, the only response I got was that the doctor was running late. At 1 hour mark I simply left. It is extremely disrespectful to patients to make t... read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Second time I waited 3 months for an appointment with different doctors. Both times appointment was confirmed, then cancelled the day of. When I called to rebook, another 3 month wait? This is how they get you to go the the new, or lesser doctors. By pawning you off on someone else. No thank you

Brian Katz is one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever seen. I’ve had to work with arrogant, egotistical, unprofessional, judgmental, nasty, sarcastic doctors before but I’ve never been so personally insulted by one before. Don’t trust this man with your health. He doesn’t care about you. He just wants your money and the insurance company’s money and the clout of being a doctor.

I would give it 0 stars if it were an option. This facility is only out for profit. I had an echocardiogram performed at the end of December, and the person who read my scan read it incorrectly. As a result, I had to undergo a PET scan to determine if i had a metasisis from cancer. I had to pay and extra $3000 out of pocket due to the incompetence of the radiologist who read my echo. I filed a BBB complaint, which predictably went nowhere because they found the radiologist's result to be appropriate. I will no lon... read more

I have been meaning to put this out here for quite a while. My wife was a patient of the Oncology Department as her Dr W was a part of Overlook Hospital. Our local Doctor thought it would be best for her to see Dr. W. So after 2 days, no Dr W. So as her husband I called Dr W at Summit Health to see if and when he will go see her. The girl who answered the phone was very obliging and took down the information and contacted Dr W. So later on that day, the girl, NOT THE DOCTOR called to advise me that Dr W saw no need to visi... read more

Summit Medical Group used to be a proud network of independent doctors dedicated to patient care and positive health outcomes. Now, it is a giant corporate clusterf*%k. Instead of staying independent, CEO Jeff Le Benger sold it to a private equity fund and merged it with CityMD, and they in turn were acquired by a group of investors including Walgreens (the proud pharmacy that gave $140 million to Theranos). As a result, none of the doctors at Summit could give a rats ass about their patients, and private equity investors a... read more

The Urology dept and their masters in the Anesthesia dept are an uncaring lot. They put me in danger and then canceled my procedure.
