My wife convinced me to join SHRFCU because they had some really low rates on car loans so I joined. I got my used car refinanced and saved over $100 a month. I recently did a balance transfer from a very expensive American Express to a very, very low rate credit card that probably saved me well over thousands of dollars a year!! Ms. Raney provided awesome service in processing my accounts!! I would recommend SHRFCU to anyone that wants to save money!!!

Very rarely does anyone pick up the phone to answer your concerns and not once have I been called back for issues I've left a message for. Had my card canceled on me once and had to call for two days to be told that they believed that my account was compromised and that they would send a new card out. I've had issues with automatic payments that I had to call and get fixed. And they're new system to see your accounts is the absolute bare minimum.

SO convenient to have in the hospital and be open by 7:30am! Great rates as well!
