I first met Dave at the Denver Gem and Mineral Show in 2010. My sister had her wedding ring set by Frisco Gold Jewlery and I bought my wife's wedding band from Frisco Gold. I have had her ring into the "shop" twice, once for cleaning and once for some minor adjustments. I am about to bring it back for another "tune-up" since she managed to tweak the band out of round. I agree with Michael's review of Summit Gold, 100%. I have been a satisfied customer of Summit Gold for decades! I travel to Colorado yearly and enjoy stopping in to Summit Gold each year. I have purchased custom made jewelry over the years and have been nothing but satisfied. Purchases included a sapphire bracelet, numerous gold and diamond (as well as quality CZ's) inlaid rings and pendants. Strange to read the other review posted. I've been using Summit Gold for all my jewelry repairs for over 8 years (probably about 10 transactions total). In every instance, the repair/service was meticulous, often done while I waited, and always at a very reasonable cost. The people are helpful, friendly, informative, hospitable, and I recommend their shop to everyone I know who needs service performed. Other than the aforementioned reviewer, I've never heard a single negative word about them. I recommend them highly.

My son in law bought an engagement ring from this store. Shortly after giving the ring to my daughter the diamond chips began falling out, three total, one at a time. They took the ring to another jeweler who said the stones were set very poorly and he actually used solder to hold the stones in place. One stone was placed partially under another stone and as a result the center stone was scratched and ruined.
