Before my first appointment, it was obvious this place is about the 💰 ! I asked if I could make a copay out of my next check, as I am disabled and on a fixed income. I talked to a scheduler who couldn't get past what was going to be collected and I wouldn't be seen if I didn't have my copay. I'll wait to be seen, but it won't be here! My problem was with the office staff.
Terrible phone service. Disrespectful. I cancelled my procedure. Going to a more professional office.
Been very helpful, able to get in when I need, nurses are on my side when I need them.
