Summit Gastroenterology did not collect the correct copay for me for my first office visit. The day of my procedure they collected the correct payment. They have been calling me and sending me letters to pay the outstanding bill for months now, but do not allow online payments. They never pick up the phone and I have left several messages per day. Apparently this Dr. picks, and chooses who she is going to take the time to listen to, and explain things to. Chronic issues for 6 months. Just test, after test, after test, after test. No medication, no explanation, no help.
Very bad experience never going back. Had 1 polyp and it was not clamped like it should have been, knowing i have a blood clotting disorder. Week later im in the hospital doing another colonoscopy because i almost bled to death. All i get from the dr is, oh thats normal. Now i am hounded by automated vm after blocking the number, that i am due for another colonoscopy. I am going to the dr that saved my life from this bad dr.
I got up around 6:30 to take my father to his colonoscopy consultation at the Mansfield location. We arrived at the office shortly before his 8 a.m. appointment, only to find it closed. A few minutes later, nursing students and elderly patients began gathering, all left standing out in the cold, waiting for the office to open.
