My 1958 wood double garage door had big gaps allowing debris and bugs to enter. Elijah assessed the door and besides replacing the nailed on old seal with a seal retainer, to also replace the rollers as the door was noisy and grinds, and balance and adjust my neglected door. Elijah did a fantastic job, the door is so quiet and smooth now. He had hand tightened every bolt on the door and new seal will keep bugs and debris out now. No upsale at all from this company. HONEST! I spoke with Eldad at Summit about an issue and let him know I had a different provider scheduled. Eldad was in the area anyways and volunteered to stop by, he mentioned the issue was a misaligned sensor and the garage door opener was stuck in “locked” mode. He corrected it for free and did not try to push other services or push for an unnecessary repair. Very thankful for Eldad and team, they fit me in last minute in their busy day for a consult and repair for a garage door that had collapsed on us in our home. This was our second time calling for their service- the first in which he had installed a motor and arms for our remote gate into our home. Fast service, and very knowledagable. I needed my garage door adjusted. I called Summit Garage Doors. Their communication making an appointment was excellent. Elijah, the technician, arrive at the appointed time. With a small tweak the problem was solved. He then patiently and clearly explained other aspects of the door's operation and how to maintain it to keep it working well. I could not have asked for a better service call.
