HONEST! I spoke with Eldad at Summit about an issue and let him know I had a different provider scheduled. Eldad was in the area anyways and volunteered to stop by, he mentioned the issue was a misaligned sensor and the garage door opener was stuck in “locked” mode. He corrected it for free and did not try to push other services or push for an unnecessary repair. I needed my garage door adjusted. I called Summit Garage Doors. Their communication making an appointment was excellent. Elijah, the technician, arrive at the appointed time. With a small tweak the problem was solved. He then patiently and clearly explained other aspects of the door's operation and how to maintain it to keep it working well. I could not have asked for a better service call.
Our garage door motor popped and started smoking and it seemed like a complete loss. We also had an undiagnosed grinding sound for what seems like years. Eldad came over same day and figured out what was wrong, problem solved with us for the best solution, corrected the underlying cause, and resolved everything in a manner that avoided us having to replace the whole system. He was punctual, polite, super helpful and professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly enthusiastically recommend!
Highly recommend Summit Garage Doors! They did an amazing job consulting as we turned a carport into a garage. We had specific height and width requirements for our vehicles and racks. Summit was able to work with us through all the details. They kept us apprised on timing, and were very responsive. Install was professional and hassle free. They also returned for some small adjustments. Best contractor to work with and we love how everything turned out!
