The housing marketing in SoCal is hotter than hot and you need an A-Team to compete against cash offers. Michael is better than cash. He can get you qualified and cleared faster than any other broker around. Trust me -- we went through three others before finding Michael. He is also a hoot to work with. You will have so much fun and learn a ton through the process! Four thumbs up!!
