RecommendedJenay and her team (especially Julie!) made the refinance process as simple as possible. The ability to upload documents via an app, signing digitally and having a Notary come right to my house took all the stress away from what is typically very difficult. 5 Stars - I already have multiple friends and family working with Jenay because of how great my experience was!
They are a complete nightmare to work with. Our buyers used them as a lender and it was a constant battle to get an answer from Jenay and her team. They never return calls or emails and even went as far as not returning the title companies calls. Once we finally got a closing date after hounding them for weeks we got barely even a days notice. To top everything off we didn't get our funds we needed at closing because they had dated the papers for the incorrect day and wouldn't fix it causing us to not have funds for the prop... read more
