I am a senior male with silver sneaks so I go there during the day while folks are working. Very comfortable, not too crowded. They also ensure female patrons are not harassed. Ladies, you can feel comfortable there. Didn't try the back room features, like tanning or massage. Equipment is well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The gym itself is great and feels very judgement free. The daycare, however, does not meet the same expectations. My review is specifically for babies, the toddlers seem to have a great time in the daycare. This gym should not advertise that they can care for babies when in reality they really cannot. They don't feed or do diaper changes, which for an hour long workout doesnt make or break anything, but still very important to know. Nice Staff.. nice place! Wish I would have stopped in sooner. I'm here in town on contract employment, so t=still getting situated. The woman that I talked to was very helpful, and for now got me on a no-contract, monthly ( $35mo) membership. The only downside to my first workout (not their fault), was the Aaron's Rent Store next door. The employee's think it proper to SMOKE at their front entrance. So with the breeze, the last thing going into the gym, and the first thing coming out... is a Big whiff of cigarette smoke.

Great gym at a convenient location that has all of the equipment that you need to get an efficient workout in for strength training or cardio. They also have a protein shake bar, hydromassage, access to the Buena Health & Fitness gym, affordable monthly membership pricing, and more. Best gym in Sierra Vista.
