I had a very disappointing experience with Summit Fire & Security. The service itself was straightforward, but the invoice included multiple charges that I found to be excessive and insufficiently explained. We have used this company originally known as Fire Ranger for over 20+ years, When it was privately owned by Neil and his father Malcolm. Services rendered were always excellent and fair priced. Unfortunately now the company has been acquired by Summit Companies it appears that their goal is to load their invoices with add ons never seen before but now, obviously part of their corporate stance of making even money from their clients. Great company to work with in the yachting industry. They are always on schedule and know exactly what they’re doing. They consistently kept my customers’ boats and yachts up to Coast Guard specifications, handled engine room fire suppression systems, and tagged or replaced fire extinguishers as needed. Highly recommended for a no-hassle experience.
