Shane was my inspector. What an absolute jerk. He was rude to my staff and refused to listen to any questions I had. He was clearly in a hurry and could care less if the facility was safe.
This company did our fire inspection last year and charged me almost $300. They never came back this year so I called 3 times and never got a call back. I went back to our previous company and when they came out, they found that of our 8 extinguishers, all but 2 had expired years ago. Had Summit done their job, I wouldn't be having to pay an almost $2,000 bill to replace all these extinguishers.
