It did take 4 phone calls but they apologized when we finally met. Very professional and explained the easy procedure.
Summit fire doesn’t even deserve for rating. Least bothered about customers. They don’t even respond to the customer queries. Be careful and look for other options before reaching to summit fires. Worst worst worst.

I can't rate their work as I have not used them. I did contact the company today because the driver of one of their company trucks decided to park in a handicap spot today at the local Walmart. First off its a company truck not personal, secondly I checked just to be sure no placard tag stating such. I took a photo called the company. The lady I spoke to was extremely courteous, I'll give her that. Placed me on hold said she contacted the GM and made him aware.
