Cancelling our service agreement. Poor customer service. Contracted promises are not being kept. Techs did not even have right hooks for extinguishers at the time of service. Had to call and remind that we are past due for inspection. Cant get a call back for quote for months, dozen voicemails left with local office and Richmond headquarters. No reply. Left an impression that they do not want us as a customer.
