We recently worked with Summit Fire & Security for a fire panel-related project, and unfortunately the experience left a bad taste in our mouth — primarily due to communication issues and lack of coordination. During a scheduled inspection, their technician was onsite for approximately 8 hours without that duration being clearly communicated or approved in advance.
