I do not recommend Summit. There are far better options. Our first experience with Summit after agreeing on pricing was the technician showing up in the middle of our lunch rush unannounced to conduct the inspection. I can only describe the behavior of the inspector as coarse. He didn't hesitate to curse in front of my employees and tried to argue with me as to when our restaurant opens (we're part of a chain but locally owned). Driver tried to brake check me twice, she was going 40mph on the feeder that is 50mph and I was not tailgating, I simply caught up to her by going the speed limit and had to slow down once approaching and then she decided to brake check me.
