This company is terrible. They would not service our extinguishers unless we paid for service upon completion. We had no problem with that and paid the technician cash. A few month later I received a call looking for payment. I told them we paid upon completion of servicing the extinguishers. They said they found the mistake and apologized. I have since received nasty emails saying I have a balance. Look for another company to use.

The company was originally A-1, and it was always a pleasure doing business with them. Unfortunately, they were bought out by Summit, and the experience has gone downhill ever since. If you’re looking for great service, I suggest looking elsewhere. Each time I’ve called for assistance, the person answering the phone (Dona) has been extremely rude.
