I walked in looking to refill a small extinguisher I have after putting out a car fire and the price was a little outside my budget but Mike was extremely nice, chatted with me briefly, and ended up sending me out with a spare he had that was full and made my day. I will remember this interaction and when its within my budget I will return and get my original extinguisher serviced. Thank you so much!
I cannot recommend this place enough! My landlord originally directed me to a company that quoted over $400 for a simple sprinkler escutcheon (cap) fix. Thankfully, I found this company instead. My business used Summit Fire Protection for years to handle our annual fire inspections, fire alarm servicing, and back flow inspections. Once the business was sold to a large entity the communication and service has become intolerable. Ive been dealing with Trevor who has been stringing me along for a week now. Everyday has told me I would be put on his calendar and then never responds or calls me when he says he is going to. Then forwards all my calls to VM. The install was great which is why I’m doing two stars but the follow up and customer service is horribly bad. Trevor knew this was a time sensitive issue and caused me a job because instead of finding another company he kept telling me he would come out.
