Used to be a great, responsive and easy to work with place, now though, took 9 phone calls over a 3 day period just for someone to answer the phone, and their system will hang up on you automatically after it asks you if you want to stay on hold after 5 mins. They are not friendly when you message to schedule or ask questions either. On top of that, they force you to come in and pay the co-pay for a visit that is just to discuss and schedule the easy in office tests you need done. A special thank you to Dr. Wilson and Jenica, the Nurse Practitioner. Jenica is always so thorough, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen. You can tell they genuinely care and want the absolute best for their patients. It is such a blessing to have providers who are not only knowledgeable but compassionate.
