Couldn't get in for a routine cleaning for a year after my last one, then they cancel that appointment and tell me I can't get in for another year! Two years between cleanings for an established patient? Also, every time I call the office it goes to voicemail. Extremely understaffed. No thank you.
I dreaded having to find a new dentist. I was guarded at my intake meeting. But I absolutely adore the team here. We chatted and laughed and had so much fun. I am looking forward to my next cleaning.
GREAT dentist office!! Very caring, kind personnel. My previous dental office was so awful, I left and dreaded looking for a new office. Put it off until I chipped a front tooth and needed to get an appointment right away. Summit in Geneseo gave me an appointment within 3 days. They are kind from the minute you walk in the door. The staff are efficient and explain thoroughly every procedure. I am now a permanent patient at Summit☺️
The staff are SUPER nice. Prices are explained up front. My dentist was amazing!
