The nightmare of ordering glasses is finally over. After 7 yes SEVEN months and about $1300 dollars my wife's second pair of glasses are ready. At 6 months they made my wife cry! And because of this they sent us a letter telling us to NOT return to the Pocatello office. We had been customers for 12 years. The original visit was 10/2/23 and we finally picked up the other pair in IF (where we were forced to drive) on 5/2/24.
