I am very pleased with Dr Bruns and the way he truly tried to get the best outcome for me. I understand that I was a trickier case and I believe he did everything he could; However, I would not recommend the light adjustable cataract lenses. We were told I would only need glasses in extreme cases if we went with the light adjustable lenses. We paid over $10,000 out of packet for these premium lenses and I still need glasses daily to read.

It’s a long process over a two to three month span with many visits. For me it was 15 visits. However, this process can’t be rushed. The technology is amazing, inserting a new lens that is adjustable after surgery. Upon completion, my distance is better than 20/20 and my reading only needs assistance with small letters. In between sessions I was concerned if my vision would get where I hoped for but it did. The Summit team was caring, patient, and explained everything very thoroughly.

The Staff at Summit Eye Care are absolutely spectacular. Dr Vukich is amazingly skilled, personable and answered all for my questions prior to having my Light Adjustable Lens procedure. Dr Bruns was awesome to work with for the fine tuning and follow up care. Rebecca and the staff were personable and professional. Best of all, my vision is great!

I recently underwent cataract surgery at Summit Eye Care, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very first consultation, Dr. Vukich was incredibly informative and polite, taking the time to walk me through all of my options and making me feel completely confident in the process.
