I have had excellent experiences with Summit Eye Care. The doctors are knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to clearly explain the procedures, recovery, and what to expect, which made me feel comfortable and confident. Their follow-up care is outstanding, and the entire team is always friendly and supportive. If you like being overcharged and crappy service, this is the place to go. Inaccurate eye exams and contact lens fitting was a joke. Both Webb and Bruns were not very approachable and difficult. Receptionist took phone calls when checking us in. Staff doing initial check, kept laughing and said we better check that again. everyone needs better training.

I recently had a referral for cataract surgery. After providing my insurance I had a full eye exam and dilation of my eyes I was told I would need surgery, days later I set up my appointment for surgery after talking to 3 or 4 different people my surgery was set for July. Days later I received a call from Summit saying we apologize but,BUT your insurance ISN'T in our network!!!! They said we can still do the surgery But it going be Out Of Pocket!!! Then on Top Of All this I received a Bill For Over $600 !!!! I am so very ups... read more
