Poor communication and customer service
I had LAL surgery and am very pleased with the results. Drs. Vukich and Bruns are professional and knowledgeable. The staff at Summit Eye Care are experienced and the process is streamlined and seamless. The only aspect of the process that would help the patients is a more comprehensive education process, especially for those choosing LAL.
