My family dr suggested for me to go to ER or Summit Express , due to swelling on both legs from my knees down to my ankles and struggled walking. Of course I chose Summit Express over the ER . Once I got there my bp was 158/85 , I told and showed the nurse practitioner my issues and all he would say is , " Summit Express is basically for Covid , Flu etc , health problems. Have been twice, several days apart for the same illness. Saw two different NP's, and both were curt, didn't listen to me, and acted like I was wasting their time. They tested for strep, covid, and flu, and when all three came back negative, they ignored my symptoms and history and sent me home without any medication saying it's just a cold. The second time, was a similar experience despite worsening symptoms over several days. Never coming here again. The staff was rude, wouldn't help the patient out of their wheelchair onto the CT table, and acted like they hated their job. Will definitely go outpatient at a hospital in the future.

First time going to this clinic and it will be the last time I go there. Had a bad experience. The lady at the front desk who checked me in and out was very nice. The nurse practitioner (Lawrence) was horrible and he misdiagnosed me. He did very little of an examination (listened to my heart and pushed on my stomach) and then said I had a gastrointestinal virus. I made a very last minute appointment for my ongoing neck and shoulder pain. It had been hurting for 5 days and gotten more severe. The lady who helped me schedule was super kind and got me the soonest appointment only one hour away from when I'd called. I arrived 15 minutes early. They quickly checked me in and before i could even fill out the paperwork they were calling me to the back. I didnt have to wait at all it was great.
