Not a walk in clinic. Must have an appointment. Turned away an hour before close because I didn’t have an appointment. Don’t waste your time.

Went in to see if I broke my rib, they took an x-ray and that was it didn’t look at the rib press on it or anything, just told me to go to the er to get a ct.

I came here because my PCP in Oak Ridge ordered a CT for me. I’m having to pay out of pocket for it, so actually convincing myself to come here and have it done was hard enough as it is. I drove out here from Wartburg. It’s easily an hour drive. But my appt was at 4pm, so traffic was terrible. My GPS had me there at 3:59. But at 3:53 my phone rang and it was them, asking if I was coming to my appointment. To which I replied yes? It’s at 4 correct? Went in two days in a row because my symptoms were getting worse. They said i didn’t pay and had a balance on my account even though i showed them proof of bank statement and then they found my receipt where i paid. I told my doctor that my symptoms had gotten worse and needed an antibiotic because bacteria is now in my chest whereas before it wasn’t and all she prescribed was a refill for my inhaler. Of course that didn’t fix the problem so I’m now dealing with even worse symptoms. Beyond frustrating will never go back.
