Communication outside an automated system, nonexistent. My experienced dismissed , advice ignored, instructions resented. False collection time so I would not be present. This was the first of three collection attempts. I knew better after the first not to bring my stallions back, so I take full responsibility for the lack of success of the next two attempts. After 45 years of doing this, I absolutely knew better. Their automated billing system was the only thing I saw work correctly. I will not bring a horse there again.
Horses were in foal and in great shape. Looking forward to 4 or 5 foals next spring.
