Dr. Simon and his team were top notch. I was in town on vacation and they were able to fit me in for a root canal within about a day. Dr Weinstein was very personable and professional and made a fear inducing situation much easier to face.
This place is a joke. First off they are rude to you and extremely sarcastic to you. The lady named Sara shes the office manager and was unprofessional. I had an appointment and she called me back saying they don’t take my insurance after my dentist sent me there knowing what insurance I had. She still said no, so I had to call my insurance get it approved to be able to get a root canal done. My insurance approved it so I’m thinking my insurance is paying this. Just wanted to say thank you! I was not stoked to need this work, but it was painless and the people were awesome. Ya'll rock! If you need this type of work, I'd highly recommend.
Editing my original review of Dr. Martin (excellent - sad he left!) for the new folks who took over Dr. Martin's practice. I can't speak for the doctor as I only saw him for about 2 seconds. But their insurance department lacks experience, will not bill under the correct codes, and you'll find yourself having to spend the time advocate for yourself with the insurance company.
