I had a great experience at Summit Endodontics! The staff were all very nice and personable, especially the receptionist. Dr. Wiswall sat and talked with me about my symptoms and really listened to what I had to say. He also personally went across the street to my Dentist's office to look at a scan that I'd had done there. I had a root canal re-done at Summit Endo (originally done a few years ago by a dentist in a different state,) and beforehand, Dr. Wiswall discussed pros and cons of re-doing the root canal, allowing me to... read more
I have the biggest fear of dentists & anywhere that has to do with touching your teeth. I called the receptionist in tears terrified and she made me feel so much better about coming in. Then I walked in an hour later and she knew exactly who I was strolling in, not wanting to come in as I was terrified. She was so calm & kind that I made it past the waiting room.
