I would give a Zero rating if that was an option. I will not waste my time with a lengthy post! We are a hotel and I had advised Stan during my first communication that our elevator has been down for months. Stan came out and suggested a quote for repairs. I excepted the proposal even though one was never sent to me via Email as suggested. We were than given the run around for practically over a month.
