Unprofessional, unpleasant, rude confrontation with presumably the son of the owner. Annoyed to have been asked questions about the product. Irritated when corrected on a technicality. Cursing, child-like behavior, not at all the experience that would result in repeat sales. I know these establishments are anchored by trades workers and contractors.
