Came across one of these guys on Interstate 81 around 0630, he came out of nowhere, flew by me, and out of curiosity, I attempted to speed up to see how fast he was driving and backed off the gas at 90mph. I observed, and have it on dash cam, as he weaved in and out of traffic without any turn signals leaving others around him just as surprised as I was.
