I’ve been going to Summit since the 90s. It’s certainly not as good as it once was at the sales counter. Not nearly enough help behind the counter.
It’s pretty organized & well stocked. However, the business doesn’t really prioritize ethical standards. I didn’t receive any greeting or customer service from any of the staff when I came in for lighting supplies. I hate to say it but they were prioritizing male customers more than I, a female. Even when those male customers walked in after I did. I would have loved to spend my money here as the reviews seemed promising but I didn’t receive any assistance so I just walked out. Ladies, take your business elsewhere.
