Art and his crew are the best. Art was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and gave me a reasonable quote. He accommodated my schedule and was very patient in explaining what the service entailed. They did an amazing job fixing a leak and snaking the drain to clear a very bad clog. The cast iron pipes embedded in the concrete slab of our basement needed replacing and I was dreading the excavation. Art and his team were on time every day, and he clearly communicated the day's progress. If I had a question or comment, Art was quick to respond and and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Summit Plumbing.
We had Summit come and fix our pluming in the basement and in our garage it was a major job , Art and his team were amazing very professional in everything they did , on time and cleaned up after thy finished each day . I would recommend them 100%
Did a lot of research before hiring Summit plumbers. Checked Better Business Bureau, looked into the veracity of the Google reviews, and got a few quotes from a few companies in Ottawa. Art, the owner, was a no fuss, genuine person when I got the quote and every interaction thereafter.
