entire building smells like mold. waited about 3 hours past appointment time to be seen for colonoscopy. the area for pre-op and post-op preparation is barely separated with curtains and extremely little patient privacy. the technician who did my IV did it improperly causing blood to spurt all over and then told me verbatim that it was because I was the last patient of the day and she usually messes up around that time (i understand people are human but you do NOT say that to the patient). dr. chua gave very little pre-colon... read more
