Avoid this builder at all costs. Run away. I had a remodel done to the tune of a few $10s of thousands. If I got the A team, then this place hires sloppy lazy and "phone it in" subcontractors. I stupidly paid them before they finished the final punch list. They promised they would come back and complete all the items on the list. Still waiting and it has been 2 years now. I had a house build with summit and it came out great just like any other house I've had build buy other builders. I really did not stop by all the time because I wanted the workers to do there job rite and not feel pressured that the home owner was breathing down their shoulders and they did an awesome job. Their wear houses being build next to me by Summit and they keep taking to long so i kind of got worried about mine but my house was don't really fast i noticed that the houses next to me wear taking really long because ... read more

Summit Development built a custom home for us which was completed in November, 2010. We closely monitored the project during construction and were very pleased with the workmanship and materials used. Summit personnel were very professional, flexible and easy to work with. We feel that we got a very high quality home for a very reasonable price. In the almost 3 years we've been in the house, the only problem we have experienced was a hair-line crack in one ceiling which was caused by 'settling' and not the fault of Summit. R... read more
