They did an amazing job!!!!! I feel like I have a new car again! I also had a mini hairbrush that was legit stuck between the seats that nobody could get for like 2 years and they got it out. Just had to add that. Im so thankful for yall!! Everyone was very kind!
THEY MADE MY CAR PERFECT!!! I purchased a new Buick envision a few months ago. I had run it through a couple of automated car washes and noticed some scratches and swirling on the paint so I wanted to get a ceramic coating on it. First, thank you to my service writer Amanda at Lees Summit Subaru. While in for service I asked about a tear in the drivers seat. Amanda took some time to review my service contracts, verify that it was covered and refer me to Sean Simpson at Lees Summit Detail. Thanks Amanda! Sean was very good to work with. The woman answering the phone is NOT good for business. She has a very unfriendly attitude, unpleasant to speak to and this is the second time. This places phone etiquette needs some serious work. ✌🏻
