Owner of the company, Todd, sold us a house in which he failed to properly split the lot before selling the existing home. I signed a purchase agreement with him and his company on a home that was a complete lot and the purchase agreement stated so in the lot survey description for the parcel. He had not properly communicated that he had intended to sell part of the parcel off and split the land so he could then build a house next to the existing lot I was purchasing. We worked with Summit on two separate large projects and they are some of the best in the business. Initially, we bought an existing home (3000 sq ft) that Summit completely remodeled. I have done several projects with Josh. His attention to detail and quality are impeccable. I have done work for many contractors before and when I build my new home Summit Design is who I will call. They understand a homeowner is building a home to last for many years and not start falling apart by years end.
