Nonexistent customer support. Tech representative Francisco was very nice initially when I went to Ft. Lauderdale, even gave me his cell number to call any time we have problem with their chairs. But that was all tech support that I got from SDS. After that no matter if I call his cell of their main number no one answers my calls they even get dropped most of the times. By far the worst customer service. Especially when you call in for parts. I know the owner of this place is waiting to replace that guy with a robot as soon as he can. what a waste of hourly pay.
Their "customer service" is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been going back and forth with them for months on the faulty PC boards we've had issues with. Terrible communication, follow up, and reliability. They don't answer the phone a lot of the time and never give clear answers. They do have nice and modern chairs, however, they have no structure in place for ample customer service for a business of their size.
