The front desk are so sweet. I recommend this dentist
Up until this year, I had nothing but positive experiences with Summit Dental. However, my last two appointments were canceled less than an hour before they were scheduled, on the same morning. If the situation were reversed, I’m sure I would be charged a fee for such short notice. Many patients, myself included, take time off work to attend these appointments, so last-minute cancellations feel inconsiderate and disrespectful of our time. The front desk staff can come across as unfriendly, making me feel as though I’m inconveniencing them by asking for assistance. In addition, the approach to payment feels abrupt, as invoices are presented in a way that pressures patients to pay upfront before services are provided.
