I was amazed to arrive for my appointment today at the Market St. office to find it was closed--with no notices to patients who had appointments at that location. Highly unprofessional.
Very disappointed: long time patient with this group; recently transferred offices to be closer to home. Routine care ok but paid for CT scan completed in February (to assess whether I am a candidate for implant); it is now June and still don’t have results despite repeated requests. Am just told by office manager that Dr. V “has seen results”. When asked for copy of scan/report (I am a physician), told that wasn’t possible. Plan to establish with a new dentist.
Dr. Vagadia is the best dentist I have ever been to! He is so kind and thorough - he really takes the time to listen to you and answer all your questions without making you feel rushed. All the hygienists are amazing as well, I saw Nicole most recently and she was incredible! She worked quickly and did a great job talking through every little thing she was doing which I know is so helpful for a lot of patients to get that level of communication. Highly recommend this practice!
