I’ve been seeing Dr. Vagadia for several years now, and I always come back because he never pressures me into unnecessary treatments. The office is always spotless, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Marissa has done my last two cleanings, and she’s absolutely amazing. The dentist is great, assistants are great, receptionist is great. The billing clerk sitting next to the receptionist who bosses everyone around, intrudes on conversations, makes rude comments and insults and bullies both the receptionist and the patients - NOT GREAT. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch.
My husband and I saw Dr Vagadia when he was in Fairlawn and were very happy when he moved to Brittain Road, which is much closer to home. His new office is clean & bright and there is plenty of parking. The staff in this office was new to us. Susan is friendly and welcoming. We were pleased with Marissa and Tabi, our new hygienists. Clean teeth, no pain and they eased anxiety. And Dr Vagadia, as usual, was warm, friendly and professional. The staff works well together and we felt like they cared about us as people.
Dr Amar Vagadia and the staff are amazing! They explain every step and any concerns that they see. The front desk receptionist explained the cost and offer a plan that's better than most insurance plans. I highly recommend Summit Dental in Akron. Thank you Dr. Amar Vagadia and staff.
I was amazed to arrive for my appointment today at the Market St. office to find it was closed--with no notices to patients who had appointments at that location. Highly unprofessional.
