Honest shop. I needed some straps for my old bike rack he did not have the exact style but did have some Velcro straps that fit the bill. I got them for a great price.
Summit cycles has been taking care of my bikes for years that I don't ride for fun. I use for transportation. Henry and the team will get you right real quick!
Called earlier today for a quick repair and was told to come on in. I was greeted by Henry who not only repaired my bike as promised but took the time to talk bikes and just be a good person! I don’t want to say I look forward to having my next break down but when I do I’ll be heading back to Summit!
I’ve frequently visited Summit Cycles over the years and can’t believe that I’ve not ever left a review. Mr. Henry demonstrates traits that unfortunately are lacking in customer service currently; professionalism, quality and respect. I’m so happy Summit cycles remains a vital part of the cycling community! The reason is obvious. Thanks for everything you do!
