This company was contracted to do the lawn care at the townhouse complex I live in. This is the second year in a row that they have done "fall clean up" and have cut through power cords. Last year the gentleman (assuming the owner) sent a check to replace what the guy broke, this year they cut up 2 cords to my Halloween decorations.
