Dress custom used this garbage company - the worst quality I have ever seen. I’d rather use dollar store products than this. Shame on you dress custom homes for using this crap.
Our experience with Summit Cabinets has been nothing short of a nightmare. They provided the cabinetry for our newly built Drees home, and the quality is absolutely appalling. Within weeks of moving in, the cabinets began showing signs of damage — bubbling, peeling, and warping — despite us treating them with extreme care. I am extremely disappointed with the work provided by Summit Cabinets, which was installed in our new home built by Drees Custom Homes. The installation was poorly executed, leaving scuffed baseboards that are now damaged and need repair. The cabinets themselves were poorly sanded and finished. The paint job is uneven, with visible brush strokes, and the paint has already begun chipping—less than six months after installation! This is unacceptable for custom cabinetry, especially in a new home.
We just finished building our home and used Summit for our cabinets and we could not be happier! Their project coordinator, Aaron W was attentive to our architects detail and our timelines from the start and has followed through all the way to the installation to ensure a great experience. On top of the experience, the cabinets are phenomenal! They're beautifully crafted and flawless in their design. We highly recommend Summit and are so excited to move into our new home.
If I could give this excuse of a "business" zero stars, I would. Management treats their staff very poorly and clearly has no idea how to run things or how to take action when an issue is brought up. Do not even bother being a customer or applying to this place, I promise you it's one of the worst companies ever. Shame on everyone at this garbage.
