I booked a cruise to Alaska and I ask for a balcony, but when I got on the cruise, it was a Ocean view not a balcony. The agent that I went through was Maria, and when I called her To inform her about my Cabin, she was very rude and wanted to be very argumentative towards me. I will never book another cruise through them due to Maria being unprofessional. The Alaska cruise was very amazing. I love the Cruise, but I did not like my cabin.
