The community is good but they don't have a play area for kids inside the community. If at all , kids need to play they need to go to fowler park. This apartment would be really great if they have a play area inside for the kids to play with their friends. Don't know if they can create one. If the new management can allocate one such place for the kids inside the community , it will be great.
**PLEASE READ** I would love to write a positive review after living here for several years (twice now) but after the experience I just had I will never live here again nor recommend this complex to anyone. I missed the 60-day notice mark by a few days & now they want to penalize me by charging me $1400 & forcing my contract to extend longer than I will be there.
