The rebirth of Summit CF has been so beautiful. The coaches are amazing and the community can’t be beaten! I have partnered with summit CF as a physical therapist for almost 3 years and enjoy every second of it. The new programming also has PT type motions that make my heart so happy. If you’re looking for a home gym and super fun group of people to sweat with you found it!
I dropped in for a week earlier this summer and am excited to get back for another month very soon. I’m an out of towner and all of the coaches and folks were extremely welcoming. The workouts are challenging but scalable where needed and always interesting.
Great CrossFit gym! The coaches are professional, supportive, and always willing to help. The workouts are challenging but suitable for every fitness level. The community is very friendly and motivating. I really enjoy training here and highly recommend Summit CrossFit!
Joined Summit after stepping away from CrossFit for a couple of years. I definitely made the right decision, the community and the coaches keep me excited and motivated to keep coming back. I feel the push to get better everyday. Super welcoming to all, very happy to have found new community at Summit.
